The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescence device comprising: an electron buffer material and a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; a light-emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electron transport band and an electron buffer layer between the light-emitting layer and the second electrode. The organic electroluminescence device has low driving voltage, excellent light-emitting efficiency and long driving lifespan by using the electron buffer material according to the present invention.
