Disclosed are: an in-situ coin cell for an X-ray analysis, which can provide an analysis result capable of being employed to a battery actually used; a manufacturing method thereof; and an X-ray analysis method with respect to the in-situ coin cell. The disclosed in-situ coin cell for an X-ray analysis comprises: a case; a cap sealing-combined with the case; and an energy storage member provided between the case and the cap. A hole is placed in at least one of the case and the cap, and an X-ray is radiated through the hole. In the coin cell, the hole may exist in the case, in the cap, or both in the case and the cap.
