The present invention relates to composite magnetic particles to charge wirelessly and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to production of composite magnetic particles capable of implementing a high-efficiency wireless charging technique through improved magnetic permeability and a saturation magnetization value by comprising a metal core and a Ni-Zn based ferrite shell enclosing the core.
