摘要 A confocal microscope device using encoding of a frequency and a spectrum of the present invention comprises: a light source unit supplying light of various wavelength range; a lighting unit which converts light generated from the light source unit into a line beam modulated in a different frequency depending on a location; a scanning unit which irradiates light passed through the lighting unit to a test piece in a form of a plurality of line beams, sending the light reflected by the test piece to a detection unit; a detection unit which sends the light penetrated the scanning unit to an image obtaining unit in a form of a line; and an image obtaining unit which obtains an image signal by converting the light imaged by the detection unit into an electric signal.
