The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing a round groove of an injector cup for a vehicle, which can improve productivity by reducing work time required in processing the round groove by performing a cutting tool and cutter processing of the round groove on an outer side of the injector cup clamped in plural numbers. The apparatus for processing a round groove of an injector cup for a vehicle according to the present invention comprises a round processing unit for processing a round part for the flow of a fuel on the outer side of the injector cup cut in a fixed length. The round processing unit comprises: a rotary chuck which clamps a plurality of injector cups for outer sides to face each other by a hollow cylinder and rotates at high speeds; a round processing machine which can move to a position separated from the injector cup clamped to the rotary chuck, and has a cutting tool and a cutter at one side; a transfer unit for transferring the round processing machine toward the injector cup material; and a hydraulic oil supply part for supplying a hydraulic oil to a cutting portion of the cutting tool and the cutter by being arranged in the round processing machine. |
