The present invention relates to a method for flame-retardant drainage constructed in a basement or an underground building, and, more specifically, to a construction method which can very rapidly and beautifully finish the internal wall aiming at prevention of water leaks, cracks, dew condensation, and moisture, insulation, and flame resistance on the internal wall of a basement of a building or an underground space built under the ground for a specific purpose. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of removing foreign substances from the surface to be constructed; a step of lower-way spreading water-soluble epoxy; a step of injecting urethane in the parts of water leaks and cracks using a urethane foaming index method and an injection waterproof construction on the parts of water leaks and cracks on the wall body; a step of middle-way spreading water-soluble epoxy; a step of spreading silica on the surface where the water-soluble epoxy is spread and the step of middle-way spreading the water-soluble epoxy is finished; a step of installing a polyethylene net (P.E. net) on the surface where silica is spread; a step of spreading mortar made by mixing cement, sand, and water; a step of upper-way spreading water-soluble epoxy; and, a step of finishing by stone and Dryvit plastering, which is an external wall insulation method. |
