The present invention addresses the problem of providing a planar light-emitting panel in which the edge of a light-emitting tile is protected by mounting a jacket on the light-emitting tile and the jacket can be prevented from turning up and being detached from the light-emitting tile. The planar light-emitting panel includes a light-emitting tile using a glass substrate as a framework and an elastic jacket covering the end edge surface of the glass substrate and is equipped with a light-emitting surface on the front side of the light-emitting tile. The elastic jacket has a back side opening on the back side of the light-emitting tile, and, in a back side view, the opening edge of the back side opening forms a plurality of jacket-side protrusions protruding toward the center side of the back side opening, said jacket-side protrusions being spaced at predetermined intervals along the opening edge. |
