Disclosed is a dynamic scheduling method, which comprises: configuring a synchronization rule between an online database and an offline database, and synchronizing corresponding online data in the online database into the offline database according to the synchronization rule. The method further comprises: receiving a service request message sent by a user terminal, the service request message carrying request data information; determining the type of requested service data according to the request data information and the synchronization rule; when it is determined that the requested service data is offline data, scheduling for the user terminal corresponding offline data in the offline database; and when it is determined that the requested service data is online data, scheduling for the user terminal corresponding online data in the online database. Also disclosed are a dynamic scheduling system and a computer storage medium. |
