The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing bean curd, which improves production efficiency by preparing a receiver tank for additionally storing a bean flour mixture inside a cooling tank, and by enabling the feeding of the bean flour from the receiver tank to a product packaging part. To this end, the apparatus for manufacturing bean curd with improved production efficiency, according to the present invention, includes: a stirring unit including a stirring tank for storing a bean flour mixture which comprises the mixture of bean flour and water, and a first stirring drive unit for stirring the bean flour mixture inside the stirring tank; a steam unit including a steam tank which stores water and which is connected to the stirring tank, and a heater for heating the water inside the steam tank, while supplying steam into the stirring tank of the stirring unit; a cooling unit including a cooling tank which is connected to the stirring tank while storing the bean flour mixture which is finished with stirring, and which includes a second stirring drive unit for stirring the bean flour mixture inside the cooling tank, while also including a freezing cycle means for cooling the bean flour mixture inside the cooling tank. In addition, the apparatus for manufacturing bean curd includes a receiver unit comprising a receiver tank which is connected to the cooling tank while storing the bean flour mixture, and a third stirring drive unit for stirring the bean flour mixture inside the receiver tank. Moreover, the apparatus also includes a product packaging unit which is connected to the receiver tank while being fed with the bean flour mixture supplied from the receiver tank, in order to pack and discharge the mixture.
