The present invention relates to a kimchi seasoning stuffing apparatus which can insert salted cabbages and seasoning stuffing in a rotational container, rotate the rotational container at a certain speed, and adjust a rotation angle of the rotational container at the same, and thus is capable of the mass production of high quality kimchi on which the seasoning stuffing is uniformly applied to the salted cabbages. The kimchi seasoning stuffing apparatus includes: a salted cabbage supply device (100) for inserting the salted cabbages into the rotational container (500); a seasoning stuffing supply device (300) for supplying the seasoning stuffing to the rotational container; the rotational container (500) for inserting the seasoning stuffing in the salted cabbages while rotating; and a rotation device (700) for rotating the rotational container and, at the same time, inserting the seasoning stuffing in the salted cabbages by adjusting a gradient of the rotational container as desired.
