<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical piston pin in which stress generated near an opening of a through-hole penetrating from an outer face to an inner face of the piston pin can be reduced on the outer face of the piston pin. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical piston pin 20 couples a piston with a connecting rod.
