Provided is a kit for creating a cynomolgus monkey MHC whole gene homozygote, which comprises: (A) at least one male cynomolgus monkey that is an MHC whole gene homozygote composed of a DNA sequence represented by sequences No. 1 through No. 10; and (B) at least one female cynomolgus monkey that is an MHC whole gene homozygote composed of a DNA sequence represented by sequences No. 1 through No. 10.
