- an anionic surfactant;
- an ethoxylated alcohol non-ionic surfactant;
- water;
- wherein the weight ratio of total anionic : non-ionic is between 5:1 and 23:1; and wherein the composition comprises between 0.1wt% and 5wt% of a perfume and between 0.1wt% and 5wt% of an encapsulated perfume.
