PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by improving search precision and improving efficiency of human resource search, in the human resource search.SOLUTION: A human resource search device 1 comprises: a storing section 12 for storing a human resource information history table 121, a human resource information table 122 and various management tables 123 to 125; an inputting section 13 for inputting input of a search condition and input of a selection instruction of the management tables; an outputting section 14 for outputting human resource information; and a control section 10 for calculating a deemed score on the basis of an evaluation value of the selected management table and feature information of records of the human resource information history table or the human resource information table, selecting the record in which the calculated deemed score and the feature information shown by the search condition coincide with a determination condition, and allowing the outputting section to output information on the basis of the selected record to the outputting section. |
