PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a work load to an operator by that when cylindrical lining material is contracted, safety can be performed.SOLUTION: A first contraction component 11 in which a first contraction part 12 that is fixed to a cylindrical lining material 2 is formed at a tip; and a second contraction component 21 that is slidably housed in the first contraction component 11 from a base end side, and in which a second contraction part 22 that is fixed to the cylindrical lining material 2 is formed at a front end side are included. A contraction jig 10 fixes the first contraction part 12 and the second contraction part 22 to a position that is approximately ±45 degree to a line that connects a center and an upper part of the cylindrical lining material 2. In addition, when the contraction jig 10 is elongated by a jack 32, the cylindrical lining material 2 is uniformly compressed, and shifted to a diameter reducing direction to an inner wall 3 of a drum 1, a clearance is formed between the inner wall 3 of the drum 1 and the cylindrical lining material 2, and the cylindrical lining material 2 is drawn out from the drum 1 using the clearance 41. |
