PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior control device capable of predicting the disturbance of a vehicle behavior properly and starting control for stabilizing the vehicle behavior early.SOLUTION: A control part 100 of a vehicle behavior control device comprises: normative yaw rate calculation means 140 for calculating a normative yaw rate YS of a vehicle based on a vehicle velocity V and a steering angle &thetas;; limit yaw rate setting means 150 for setting a limit yaw rate YL which is a yaw rate of the limit in which the vehicle can travel stably based on the vehicle velocity V; and behavior stabilization control means 160 for performing behavior stabilization control for stabilizing the vehicle behavior by applying a brake force with a set target brake force to a turning outer wheel of the vehicle. The behavior stabilization control means 160 comprises: a control intervention threshold value setting part 163 for setting a control intervention threshold value YSth based on the limit yaw rate YL and a steering angle speed ω; and a control intervention determination part 164 for determining to start the behavior stabilization control when the normative yaw rate YS exceeds the control intervention threshold value YSth. |
