<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interesting and friendly system which attracts user's attention. <P>SOLUTION: The system has a control part for displaying a specific alarm on a main display region R1 of a display part 5 when a location identified by location information of an alarm target acquired from database which stores the location information of the alarm target and an acquired current location of a vehicle have a predetermined approach relation.
