<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement device with increased flexibility of device installation by allowing change in a direction of content displayed on a display so as to be easy to see. <P>SOLUTION: The flow rate measurement device comprises: flow rate measurement means 10 to measure a flow rate of fluid to be measured; display means 11 to display the flow rate measured by the flow rate measurement means 10; and an inlet and an outlet opposed to each other for the fluid to be measured.
