PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with a group and information about the group.SOLUTION: An information providing device 20 comprises: a user information storage unit 25 which stores user's position information and the user's browsing history of Web pages; a calculation unit 22 which calculates similarities between users on the basis of the position information and browsing histories of the users,for each Web page included in their respective browsing histories; a determination unit 23 which determines users of which similarities is equal to or more than a predetermined value as a group, on the basis of the similarities between users calculated by the calculation unit 22; and a generation unit 26 which transmits information about the group determined by the determination unit 23 to user terminals 13. |
