PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet using a specific film, having no heating defect, excellent in adhesiveness with a resin molded article and its film production property as a substrate film.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet in which a pattern layer 2 is arranged between a transparent resin film 1 and a substrate film 4 and the substrate film 1 is constituted by a rubber reinforced styrenic resin. [rubber reinforced styrenic resin] A resin containing a rubber-containing styrenic graft polymer (I) having a graft ratio of 50 to 200% and rubber content of 5 to 55 mass% and a styrenic (co)polymer (II) as needed, and having rubber content of 5 to 40 mass% and an intrinsic viscosity of a component soluble to acetone of 0.05 to 0.80 dl/g. A resin which is a graft copolymer (e.g. ABS resin) obtained by polymerizing the rubber-containing styrenic graft polymer (I) and a vinyl monomer containing an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound in a presence of a conjugated diene polymer. |
