<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multimode resonator obtained by degenerating four resonance modes, not always requiring a dielectric member, and having a high utilization efficiency of an occupied space. <P>SOLUTION: A multimode resonator 1 obtained by degenerating four resonance modes, has: a box-like external conductor 2 in which both ends of a cylindrical surrounding wall part 2c are closed by a first end part 2a and a second end part 2b; a columnar first central conductor 3 arranged inside the external conductor 2, and having one end 3a short-circuited to the first end part 2a of the external conductor 2 and having the other end 3b that is opened; and a columnar second central conductor 4 arranged inside the external conductor 2, and having one end 4a short-circuited to the second end part 2b of the external conductor 2 and having the other end 4b that is opened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
