<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate and a production process thereof; wherein the coated metal plate is used in manufacturing a shutter and capable of inhibiting occurrences of shutter noise for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The coated metal plate is comprised of a metal plate and a coating film for coating the metal plate. The glass transition temperature of the coating film is 40-60°C.
