The vehicle damping control device is provided with a vehicle damping estimation unit (205), which estimates above-suspension behavior of a vehicle on the basis of input information during traveling, and a torque command value-calculating unit (206) that calculates a corrected torque value, which corrects the drive torque command value applied to the engine (106) when controlling the above-suspension behavior. Said torque command value-calculating unit (206) comprises: regulator and tuning units (308, 309, 310) that compute corrected torque values on the basis of the results of estimating the above-suspension behavior; a limit-processing unit (311) that limits the maximum value for the absolute value for the computed corrected torque value; and a band pass filter (312) that removes the drivetrain resonance frequency component from the corrected torque value after limit-processing.
