PURPOSE:To realize the large number of times of division by a work volume data of a small number of bits, by adding a level to a divided work, collecting the level, whenever the divided work is ended, calculating an ended an work volume, from the level, totaling it and deciding the end of a parallel processing. CONSTITUTION:When a work is received, a management processor MP adds a work level '0' to its work and transmits it to an optional execution processor EP. Also, '0' is stored in its won work level memory MEM. When an end message is received from the EP, the MP adds a work volume determined by the level of the ended work, to '0'. That is to say, the processing of work volume = work volume + 2** (- level of the ended work) is executed to a work volume memory. When the contents of the work level memory become work volume = 2**0, the end is displayed to a user. The execution processor EP receives the work from the MP, and stores the work level added to said work, in its own work level memory. Subsequently, the work is processed, and if an unengaged processor EP exists, the work is divided, the work level is increased by '1', and it is sent to the unengaged EP together with the divided work. |
