<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage tea leaf picking machine excelling in work safety without a cutting edge being exposed to a front face, and capable of surely storing reaped tea leaves in a tea leaf storage part. <P>SOLUTION: The two-stage tea leaf picking machine includes: a truck part 11 traveling on a tea ridge; a portal frame 12 provided on the truck part in the width direction Y of the tea ridge; a cutting blade unit 20 mounted to a rear post part 12a behind the portal frame and lifted in a vertical direction; and an air jet nozzle 16 provided behind and below an upper cutting blade part 14a of the cutting blade unit and above a lower cutting blade part 13. Air is jetted toward the cutting blade unit from the air jet nozzle to convey tea leaves reaped with the upper and lower cutting blade parts, to the tea leaf storage part 18 arranged behind the truck part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
