<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for effectively predicting effectiveness of a vaccine therapy to pollinosis such as cedar pollen allergy using a pollen allergen. <P>SOLUTION: A method for predicting effectiveness of a vaccine therapy to pollinosis using a pollen allergen includes (1) measuring change of expression of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of CCL2, IGHA1 and NCF1 in a mononucleosis cell isolated from a subject by the application of the vaccine therapy to the subject using the pollen allergen, and (2) correlating the change of expression measured in the (1) and the effectiveness of the vaccine therapy to pollinosis using the pollen allergen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
