<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress crosstalk with a simple structure and to secure droplet ejection performance. <P>SOLUTION: When an arrangement direction of a plurality of independent liquid chambers 6 is a lateral direction and a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the plurality of independent liquid chambers 6 is a longitudinal direction, in a cross section in the lateral direction, a partition wall surface 31 of a liquid chamber partition wall 30 between the adjacent independent liquid chambers 6 and 6, and a top surface 32 being as a facing surface facing a vibrating plate member 2 of the independent liquid chamber 6, are connected through first inclined surfaces 33 and 33.
