Method and motor vehicle for recording of stresses on a motor vehicle

The method involves recording temporally associated vehicle speed values during driving operation within measuring time periods in which dynamic travel change (dF) to vehicle suspension is occurred. The stress value and vehicle speed value are used for determining the dynamic stress (BW) of the motor vehicle. The dynamic stress is compared with the vehicle speed dependent maximum permissible load limit values, and an overload signal is output when determined limit value is exceeded. The overload signal is perceptible by the driver of motor vehicle. An independent claim is included for a motor car.
