<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure coating apparatus for stabilizing, with a high degree of accuracy, the coating width of a coated layer formed on a material to be coated, and preventing a gravure roll from damage. <P>SOLUTION: The gravure coating apparatus 10 includes a gravure roll 11 for coating a coating liquid 17 on a metal foil 21.
