<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find the same lesion on an image when performing X-ray mammography and ultrasonic imaging, for a lesion area of a breast area on the image found by nuclear magnetic resonance imaging. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic field application part applies a magnetic field for excitation to a subject arranged in a static magnetic field space. An NMR signal reception part receives NMR signals detected from the subject. A volume data generation part generates three-dimensional volume data with a chest part of the subject as an object on the basis of the output of the NMR signal reception part. An MPR image generation part generates an MPR image related to the right breast of a first cross section cut in the vertical direction with the right breast area of the subject as an object, and an MPR image related to the left breast of a second cross section cut in the vertical direction with the left breast area of the subject as an object, from the three-dimensional volume data.
