The present invention suggests a concept for communicating cell system informations to be used in conjunction with the sharing of physical spectrum resources among base stations in a radio telecommunication network including a plurality of base stations and at least a mobile station, wherein for updating cell system informations a base station communicates a first information about future cell system parameters relating to a predetermined future cell configuration of said communicating base station, and additionally a second information which indicates the time when said future cell system parameters will essentially take effect.
