<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an error estimation device for an electronic current transformer that complies with IEC 60044-8 and IEC 61850-9-2. <P>SOLUTION: An error estimation device comprises: signal generation means for generating a pulse signal and a sampling trigger signal; current generation means for generating a test current; a reference current transformer; current-voltage conversion means for performing conversion into a reference voltage; a sampler for performing A/D conversion on the basis of the sampling trigger signal to generate reference sampling information; frequency conversion means for performing Fourier transform on the reference sampling information; an electronic current transformer for converting the test current into a voltage signal; a merging unit for generating packet information that includes sampling information to be inspected; sampling information extraction means for extracting the sampling information to be inspected; frequency conversion means for performing Fourier transform on the sampling information to be inspected; and error calculation means for calculating errors in a current value and a phase value in the electronic current transformer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
