PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerization initiator composition enabling an ultraviolet LED (UVLED) to be used as a curing light source, proving no serious problem on safety in cutaneous sensitization and reproductive toxicity, and liquid at the normal temperature; to provide a photopolymerizable ink and a photopolymerizable ink for inkjet, containing the composition; and to provide an ink cartridge containing the ink for inkjet.SOLUTION: (1) The photopolymerization initiator composition contains a thioxanthone compound, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone and 2-ethylhexyl p-dimethyl aminobenzoate, regulated so that the formulated proportion of the 2-ethylhexyl p-dimethyl aminobenzoate may be ≥23 wt.%. (2) The photopolymerizable ink contains the photopolymerization initiator composition. (3) The ink cartridge contains the photopolymerizable ink. |
