The invention provides building machinery capable of improving the generating efficiency of renewable energy. In a step S2, whether a formula ''RH*PH<RL+H*PL+H'' is satisfied is determined. If it is determined that the formula ''RH*PH<RL+H*PL+H'' is not satisfied in the step S2, in a step S11, the switch-off of a solenoid valve (79) is maintained. Moreover, if it is determined that the formula ''RH*PH<RL+H*PL+H'' is satisfied in the step S2, in the next step S3, the solenoid valve (79) is switched on. Therefore, the reduction of the renewable energy generated via a generator can be prevented. Besides, ''RH*PH'' corresponds to the energy obtained by the adoption of high pressure return oil, and ''RL+H*PL+H'' corresponds to the energy obtained by the combination of high pressure return oil and low pressure return oil. |
