<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a user in starting content synchronization between a plurality of content synchronization service provision devices. <P>SOLUTION: A content synchronization service provision device waits for reception of a search message of a content synchronization service (S403). When a predetermined waiting time has elapsed to complete the reception wait, another content synchronization service provision device is searched for (S406).
