<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a phthalocyanine nanowire which has a wire-like crystal made of non-substituted phthalocyanine and phthalocyanine having a substituent being a representative organic semiconductor, and specially a nanosized thin-line-like structure with the width (minor diameter) of a wire of 100 nm or less, more efficiently by reducing the number of processes, and of which the ratio of the length to the minor diameter of the wire (length/minor diameter) is 10 or more. <P>SOLUTION: After dissolving non-substituted phthalocyanine and phthalocyanine having a substituent in acid, a complex obtained by being deposited in a poor solvent is placed in a solvent or in a solvent vapor atmosphere, thereby capable of providing the objective phthalocyanine nanowire without passing through a microparticulation step of the complex and a dispersion step thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
