<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which is capable of adjusting a tree structure into a desired layout to display the tree structure. <P>SOLUTION: A tree display presentation device includes first determination means, second determination means, and rotationally moving means. The first determination means determines first and second values which is determined in accordance with input from a user. The second determination means determines positions of respective nodes so that distances in a radial direction, which are distances between parent and child nodes in a partial tree as an object, are the first value and distances in a rotation direction between brother nodes are a prescribed value or larger.
