<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display apparatus which calculates effectively adjustment values for plural different frequencies which make phases of sonic wave signals of the frequencies coincide with each other; and an adjustment method of a microphone. <P>SOLUTION: An image display apparatus 1 comprises: a microphone group having a microphone M1, etc. detecting a sonic wave emit from a sound source; a sound source position calculation means which calculates a sound source position based on a difference of a time when the sonic wave reaches the microphone group. The apparatus further includes: test sonic wave generation means 80, 85 which is arranged at positions separated from respective microphones by a same distance and emits white noise including sonic waves of plural different frequencies; adjustment value calculation means which calculates for each frequency the difference of a time when the sonic wave of plural different frequencies reaches the microphone group and collectively calculates adjustment values for each frequency for making the phases of the sonic wave signal coincide with each other detected by the microphone group for making the time difference to zero. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
