<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article collecting apparatus which prevents the clogging and damage of the articles when collecting the articles (caps C) conveyed in a plurality of rows in a conveyance path 6 so as to form one row. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of caps C are molded simultaneously by a cap molding machine 2, and conveyed in the plurality of rows in the conveyance path 6 having a plurality of passages. A passage in which the caps C are collected is set as a main passage 8, and the other passages are set as sub-passages 10. An air jetting means for collection 20 is provided at the sub-passage 10 side, and air is sprayed to the caps C so as to move them to the main passage 8 side and to join them with the caps C on the main passage 8 side. A top plate 14 is arranged above the conveyance path 6, and a guide groove 14a in which the cap C can be fit is formed at a portion of the top plate above the main passage 8, and also many air blow-off holes 26 for blowing off air toward a downstream side in a conveying direction are formed at the bottom of the main passage.
