<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture vessel in which a cell sheet can be stably peeled off from a cell culture substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The cell culture vessel includes a support, the cell culture substrate that has a functional layer with modifiable cellular adhesiveness, and a joint that connects the support and the cell culture substrate.
