<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fitness for uneven eye parts. <P>SOLUTION: A heating implement 100 for eyes, which applies heat by covering the eyes of a wearer H, includes a body part 1 which houses a predetermined solution L in a supercooled state, generating heat by phase transition. The body part is worn in such a manner as to cover the wearer's eyes in use.
