PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel composition for ingestion containing powders of hydrophobicity and/or water-repellent medicament or the like which is poorly soluble or immiscible to water, and being uniformly, excellent in preparation stability, and having good feeling of administration.SOLUTION: The mixed solution including powders which show hydrophobicity and/or water-repellent powders is stirred and mixed at reduced pressure to obtain a gel composition. The powder preferably has the wetting critical point of 10% or more to 30% or less under a condition in which a surfactant may be present, and preferably the pressure is reduced to 600 hPa (450 mmHg) or less. |
