PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform condition control concerning the start of a terminal function.SOLUTION: In a start condition control system 1, a start condition control terminal 10 detects a start request with respect to a predetermined function, acquires a start condition that is set with respect to the predetermined function on which the start request has been received from a start condition management server 200; determines whether the start condition control terminal 10 satisfies the acquired start condition; and receives the start request only when the condition is satisfied as the result of the determination, so as to start the function. |
