PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish symbol synchronization accurately in a receiver with a simple configuration, without being affected by an amplitude level or jitter at a zero-cross point.SOLUTION: The synchronization system includes a 3-bit extraction unit 2 extracting from a demodulation signal three continuous bits sequentially while shifting bit by bit, a median value determination unit 3 for determining that the median value has the maximum absolute value out of the three bits thus extracted, and a synchronization establishment unit 4 for setting the sampling timing of the median value determined to be maximum as the symbol synchronization timing. |
