PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer capable of heating a chamber with high heat insulation efficiency, efficiently decreasing the temperature of the heated chamber in a short time, and efficiently performing vacuum heating drying processing in a short time.SOLUTION: A heat insulating part 5 is formed with a predetermined gap from the outside of a peripheral wall surrounding a vacuum chamber 3 for receiving a dried matter 9. A vacuum pump 11 is connected to the heat insulating part 5 via a solenoid valve and a pipe. At the vacuum pump 11, air filling processing for filling the gap of the heat insulating part 5 with air to set the heat insulating part 5 to a high heat conductive state, and vacuum processing for removing air from the gap of the heat insulating part 5 to achieve a vacuum state to set the heat insulating part 5 to a high heat insulated state are performed. The dried matter 9 in the vacuum chamber 3 is efficiently subjected to vacuum heating drying processing in a short time. |
