Disclosed is a diagnostic system which, for each individual belonging to a group, provides advice for activities for improving the state of the group or the individual. An awareness calculation means (8) calculates the level of awareness of a first awareness and a second awareness of an employee on the basis of questionnaire responses C1 to Cn received by a questionnaire response reception means (6) and which of either the first awareness or the second awareness are related to by each of the response items A1 to Aj and B1 to Bj. A group state assessment means (10) assesses the state of the group on the basis of a distribution state in which the level of the first and second awareness of all employees have been plotted on a plane in which the level of the first awareness is set to be a first axis and the level of the second awareness is set to be a second axis. An individual state assessment means (12) assesses the state of each employee on the basis of the position upon the plane. A corrective action advice determination means (14) determines the corrective action advice for each employee on the basis of the states of the group and of each employee by way of the group state assessment means (10) and the individual state assessment means (12). |
