<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having a fluctuation display device for carrying out a fluctuation display game in which a plurality pieces of identification information are fluctuated and displayed based on a game ball entering a start winning region, to carry out a special game for giving a player a specific value when a result of the fluctuation display game is a special result, and to improve amusement during the special game by sustaining player's expectation of a performance carried out during the special game. <P>SOLUTION: An announcement device (a performance controller 300) can carry out suggestive announcement for suggesting a determined result by a game result predetermining device (a game controller 100).
