<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication target part diagnosis method with which a lubrication target part comprising a resin sliding material can be diagnosed with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: According to a diagnosis method of a lubrication target part comprising a resin sliding material containing reinforcement fibers, in the case where rod-like fiber wearing particles comprised of reinforcement fibers and terminal resin wearing particles of which the maximum length exceeds an upper limit value of a predetermined numerical range are contained in a lubricating fluid, it is determined that a lubrication state of the lubrication target part is abnormal (S17). In the case where the fiber wearing particles and the terminal resin wearing particles are not contained in the lubricating fluid but medium-term resin wearing particles of which the maximum length is within the predetermined numerical range are contained in the lubricating fluid, it is determined that the lubrication state of the lubrication target part needs attention (S16). In the case where the fiber wearing particles, the terminal resin wearing particles and the medium-term resin wearing particles are not contained in the lubricating fluid but initial resin wearing particles of which the maximum length is less than a lower limit value of the predetermined numerical range are contained in the lubricating fluid, it is determined that the lubrication state of the lubrication target part is normal (S13). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
