An organic light-emitting display apparatus, comprising: a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, a plurality of pixels being disposed in the display area; a plurality of first electrodes in the display area; a plurality of stripe-shaped second electrodes in the display area, the second electrodes extending in a first direction and being spaced apart from each other in a second direction crossing the first direction, and each of the plurality of the second electrodes having an uneven thickness along the first direction inside the display area; an intermediate layer between corresponding first and second electrodes, the intermediate layer having a light-emitting layer; and a connection wiring electrically connecting the plurality of the second electrodes with each other, the connection wiring being disposed in the peripheral area, in an area of the display area which is adjacent to the peripheral area, or across the display area and the peripheral area, the connection wiring not overlapping with the plurality of pixels.
