Included are: an extraction unit (3) provided on a transmission path (2), the transmission path (2) being provided for transmitting a high-frequency wave from a high-frequency wave source (1) to a high-frequency load (6), the extraction unit extracting a reflected high-frequency wave generated by reflecting the high-frequency wave from the high-frequency load (6); and a high frequency-to-DC converter (8) for converting the reflected high-frequency wave extracted by the extraction unit (3) into DC power. Therefore, a power regeneration device and a power regenerating method for regenerating high-frequency power to allow the power to be used efficiently, a power storage system and a power storing method for storing high-frequency power to allow the power to be efficiently used, and a high frequency device that can utilize high-frequency power efficiently are provided. |
